Oxeye provides specialist investment management services to institutional and other professional investors. Oxeye offers either a Discretionary Managed Account structure or exposure via the Oxeye Growth Funds.
- No OTC derivatives are traded.
- No money is held by Oxeye
- Oxeye takes no proprietary positions for its own account.
- All instruments are traded on regulated, fully margined, price transparent markets controlled by the London Clearing House.
Administration details of the Managed Accounts are as follows:
- Managed accounts are opened at, and administered by, ADM Investor Services Ltd. (www.admisi.com) in the name of investor.
- Oxeye Capital Management Ltd is appointed as Investment Manager under a Limited Power of Attorney.
- Oxeye uses ADM as its principal broker.
- Customer funds are held with JP Morgan Chase Bank NA, London in an ADM client segregated bank account.
Managed account clients receive:
- Daily statements detailing open positions and marked to market valuations
- Quarterly Valuations showing all transactions, balances and performance statistics in that quarter
- Ability to withdraw capital at any time subject to margin requirements
- Ability to close accounts and all positions immediately, with money returned within 24 hours
- Ability to increase or decrease leverage
- Ability to talk to the Investment Manager on a regular basis
- Tax Summaries, if required, at the end of each financial year
Administration details of the Oxeye Growth Funds are as follows:
- An open-ended multi-class investment company formed under the laws of the Cayman Islands
- Administered by Bordeaux Services (Guernsey) Ltd
- Dollar class shares were first issued on 16 July 2002 at an issue price of US$100 per share
- Euro class shares were first issued on 31 August 2005 at an issue price of Euro€100 per share
- Monthly subscriptions and redemptions
- Minimum investments of $50,000 for the Dollar class or €50,000 for the Euro class
