Oxeye provides specialist investment management services to institutional and other sophisticated investors. Oxeye offers either a Discretionary Managed Account structure or exposure via the Oxeye Growth Fund.
Administration details of the Managed Accounts are as follows:
Administered by ADM, managed accounts are opened in the name of investors who appoint Oxeye as Investment Manager, choosing which particular strategy to enter. Clients receive:ยท
- Contract Notes detailing particulars of each deal, daily and monthly statements.
- Quarterly Valuations showing all transactions over the period under review, balances and performance statistics.
- Ability to draw down capital at any time subject to margin requirements.
- Tax Summaries, if required, at the end of each financial year.
Oxeye also uses ADM (www.ADMisi.com) as its principal broker for execution purposes.Customer funds are held with JP Morgan Chase Bank NA in an ADM client segregated bank account. Individual securities and other non-cash collateral are held at ISI Nominees, a wholly-owned subsidiary of ADM.

Administration details of the Oxeye Growth Fund are as follows:
An open-ended multi-class investment company formed under the laws of the Cayman Islands and administered by Bordeaux Services (Guernsey) Limited. Dollar class shares were initially issued on 16 July 2002 at an initial issue price of US$100 per dollar class share. Subscriptions and redemptions of shares take place once a month.
